At present, the Company manages a portfolio of high value properties in St. Julians and Ta’ Xbiex.
The Directors
Carmel Farrugia, an experienced entrepreneur, along with his dynamic and proactive son Daniel Farrugia, has transformed the Company into a rapidly growing and successful enterprise that provides high-quality premises for businesses.
Carmel's background is in textiles and retail, while Daniel started his career in catering - both industries that instilled a strong focus on quality and customer service.
Shared enthusiasm and drive for innovation naturally led them to venture into the property market.
