Ceramic tile finish raised floor system which is designed to facilitate the installation of electrical, data, and communication cables underneath the floor tiles. This feature allows for easier access to cabling and better organization of workspace utilities, while also providing flexibility for future changes in office layout.
Proper ventilation is crucial for maintaining air quality and comfort in an office environment. Four in number Heat Recovery Unit (HRU) will be installed at each level, internal ductwork depending on layout chosen not included in the rental price.
An effective air conditioning system controls the temperature and humidity levels in the office. Panasonic cassette units sized by our engineers to cover an open plan layout, which can be upgraded to smaller and/or concealed units depending on design layout.
